Sound Bath

Tom and Val are in the Studio every first Saturday at 7 pm

Join us the First Saturday of Every Month in the Studio for a Sound Bath. If you never experienced this healing modality, you should check it out. It will be at 7:00 p.m. Please use the rear entrance.

Please come hydrated and participate in the healing vibrations of sound from crystal bowls, drums, gongs, tuning forks and more. Set your intentions. If you have a drum, bring it with and drum after for an added fun twist.

Tom and Val from Alternative Frequencies will be performing. Bring along your favorite person, yoga mat, or blanket (we do have a few to share). Come be immersed in healing sound.

We ask for a $10 donation for the energy exchange.
