Monday 9 am, January 7 - April 1, 2019

Hatha Yoga with Mary

Mary will be holding an 10 week session of Gentle Hatha on Monday mornings at 9am from January 7 - April 1st. (There will be an interuption during this session from Feb. 18, 25 and March 4th.) Sign up is encouraged! This session will be $100 for the 10 weeks. If the class isn't full, drop-ins are welcome and will be $13. Call the office 507-868-0053 or Mary direct 507-828-0748 to sign up. Minimum of 6 is required to hold the class and we have room for up to 13 participants.

Wednesday 5:30 pm, January 16 - March 20, 2019

Embracing Ease Yoga with Michele

This session is 10 weeks long on Wednesdays starting Jan. 16 and ending March 20. 5:30-6:30pm Cost: $100 Send in/stop by with payment to Michele Rusinko to secure your spot. Max is 13 and minimum of 8 required to hold this class. (PO Box 266, Henderson, MN 56044) If we don't reach maximum, drop-ins are welcome at $13 per class.

Wednesday 6:45 pm, January 16 - March 6, 2019

Core Fusion with Kelly

Punchcards are available for purchase - This class starts January 16th and runs from 6:45 - 7:30pm. $80 for 8 classes or $13 drop-in if not full. 8 people needed to hold this class. This is a strengthening and conditioning class that focuses on the muscles of the trunk and core. We will utilize a combination of exercises pulled from various modalities: Pilates, Yoga, and Basic Calisthenics. This is a class for those all levels, that can be modified to meet you wherever you are in your health and wellness journey. Class is instructed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and seasoned Group Exercise instructor.

Wednesday 7:30 pm, January 16 - March 16, 2019

Barre Blend with kelly

Punchcards are available for purchase - This session starts January 16 and runs from 7:30 - 8:15pm. Class is $80 for 8 classes or $13 drop-in if class doesn't fill. 8 people needed to hold this class. This is a class that weaves classic barre (ballet) conditioning exercises with yoga and bodyweight strength training. We may occasionally use resistance tubes to add challenge - this class will progressively become more challenging as the session continues. Barre exercises are wonderful for strengthening the feet and and creating length and tone in the legs - it's a beautiful burn! Class is instructed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and seasoned Group Exercise instructor.

Thursday 5:30 pm, January 3 - March 7, 2019 Yoga-Vinyasa with Alexis

Alexis is offering another session of Vinyasa Flow Yoga for an hour lasting 10 weeks starting January 3rd and ending March 7th. $100 for the session or drop in's are welcome at $13.00 a class. Minimum of 6 required to hold this class and maxiumum of 15.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Tiffany

It will be $100 for the series or $13 for drop in. 5 people are needed to sign up to hold the class. Kundalini yoga is the "yoga of awareness." In each Kundalini class, you can expect to use several techniques - including postures, mantras (words/voice), mudras (hand positions) , pranayam (breath), and meditation - to achieve the ultimate goal of yoga - union. To be more in touch with yourself and the world. The structure of the class is different as well - with each posture being in a specific sequence and done for a specified amount of time. All these postures together constitute a "kriya" which are all aimed towards something different - whether it be for stress relief, calming the nervous system, aid digestion, etc. There are thousands of Kriyas. If you don't like one - try another! Children over the age of 10 are welcome

Kundalini Yoga with Tiffany

Tiffany Reinitz from Om Shanti Wellness is back with another 10 week Kundalini Yoga and meditation series. Price is $100 for 10 class series. Drop ins always welcome at $13. All levels welcome. Note there is NO class on February 14th.

Sunday 3:30 pm, January 20 - March 10, 2019 HIIT workout with Kelly

Punchcards available for this class.This session starts January 20th and runs from 3:30 - 4pm.$64 for 8 class session and $10 for drop-ins if class doesn't fill.We need 8 people to hold this class.High-Intensity Interval Training works to keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time than most traditional workouts! 100% effort bursts of exercise followed by shorter segments of active recovery will kick your butt and leave you ready to take on the day! Needs: Mat, Shoes optionalClass is instructed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and seasoned Group Exercise instructor.

Sunday 4 pm, January 20 - March 10, 2019

Belly Dance with Kelly

Punchcards being offered for this 8 -week session. This class begins January 20th and runs from 4 - 5pm. $80 for 8 classes or $13 for drop in if class doesn't fill. 8 people needed to hold this class. Learn basic modern Bellydance movements and postures, including combos and drills. A fun and sassy way to workout that will get you smiling - and is surprisingly challenging! The class utilizes some yoga for stretching and cool down, though mats are optional. Needs: no shoes please Class is instructed by an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and seasoned Group Exercise instructor.

Saturday 12 pm - March 23, 2019

Drum Making Class with Wayne Manthey

REGISTRATION: Receipt of your full payment will confirm your space for class. Space is limited, so register promptly to ensure your seat is reserved. Wayne needs a minimum of 8 to hold the class and he can accommodate up to 13 participants.
